MLC’s enrolment numbers had stagnated and declined in some year levels. We did some research and discovered that a worrying number of families saw MLC as being too big, fearing their daughter would get lost and her education would suffer.
Our strategy was to turn MLC’s size into a positive: ‘With so much on offer, your daughter will find her place at MLC’. Using this as the foundation, we created every piece of school communication from ads and website design through to enrolment forms and laptop stickers.
