Prince Developments commissioned Rothelowman Architects to design an eye-catching apartment complex about 50m from Port Melbourne beach. Our challenge was to sell the apartments in the highly competitive Port Melbourne real estate market.
We always look to connect marketing with architecture. The new Port Melbourne design featured a series of circles on the façade, which had a bubble feel to it. So, we created the ‘Aqueous, Effervescent Living’ campaign, which linked every element together.
