For over 45 years CIL has been providing specialist caravan, camper and RV insurance. However, the brand needed a refresh to get sales figures moving upwards again.
To find a new angle, we went beyond the advertising brief and the marketing team and spoke directly with the call centre team – the people who hear about every accident and claim. From this we developed the ‘Strange Things’ campaign, based on real life stories that featured in magazine, point of sale, displays and digital executions.
