Arcare is one of Australia’s most respected group of aged care providers with beautiful 5-star residences and a revered level of care. The only thing it didn’t have was a strong brand, which was undervaluing the perception of Arcare.
Our brief from Arcare was extensive, including the creation of a unique look, 50+ brochures, a new website, magazines, mini campaigns for new residence openings, home care and training plus a positioning that was all about care, but shouldn’t use the over used expression of ‘care’. Beyond the marketing brief, we developed low cost television execution that could be used in regional markets plus social media content focused on the lives and adventures of elderly residents.
